Agreement to Terms

By using the services of GreenSide Kiryas Joel Landscaping, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

All services are subject to weather conditions and material availability. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on schedule, but delays due to weather, supply issues, or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or site conditions discovered during work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

A deposit may be required for larger projects. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To help us provide the best service, you agree to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Mark any underground utilities or irrigation lines
• Remove or secure pets during service visits
• Notify us of any property hazards or concerns
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance services, you can cancel your service agreement with 14 days written notice.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation, subject to proper care and watering. Hardscaping and construction work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, extreme weather, or lack of maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, or for problems arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.

Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed services. We will treat your property with respect and make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New York State.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
